My heart still sparkles when it comes to cooking — it's even become my profession

My experience is built on three pillars:
practical, educational, and theoretical

  • 17 years of experience combining hands-on work in the kitchen with recipe research and development for various food service providers.

  • Co-author of a cookbook on bringing more plant-based meals to family tables (À Table les amours, Soliflor Editions, 2020, in collaboration with Amélie Gersdorff).

Training:

  • Certified coach in whole food, plant-based nutrition – Food Revolution Network, California, 2023.

  • Training in nutrition and overweight – Scientific Institute for Intelligent Nutrition (SIIN), Brussels, 2024.

  • Training in nutrition and perimenopause – Scientific Institute for Intelligent Nutrition (SIIN), Brussels, 2024.

Over the years, I became increasingly interested in understanding how to bring the principles of unprocessed, plant-based cooking into everyday life — through delicious, easy-to-make recipes.

My goal is to share this journey with you and help you embrace this transition with joy.
