Testimonials

I really enjoyed the session on lunch boxes, which motivated me to prepare them to take with me. I also found all the advice on limiting snacking, reading labels, and making better choices very useful.

Zoé, 15 year old

As a busy mom of teenage girls, I found this workshop incredibly valuable. I wanted to raise their awareness about healthy eating without creating a sense of restriction, and this workshop delivered exactly that.
It combined the basics of nutrition, practical tips for balanced family meals, and concrete examples for my daughters’ lunch boxes.
I especially appreciated the focus on label reading, advice on avoiding marketing traps, and the emphasis on enjoying food — without guilt or restrictions!

Emilie

What I loved most were your explanations about foods that aren’t especially good for us — explaining why, but never making us feel guilty or imposing restrictions. Now, when I have to make choices, I think of you, and I know I’ll always keep that in the back of my mind.
