What is culinary coaching?
My culinary coaching is about encouraging participants to eat more healthfully and more plant-based. It’s designed to support you as you learn new cooking techniques, provide practical advice and inspiration, and offer a solid theoretical foundation to better understand food and its impact on your health.
How is it different from a cooking class?
There are several differences, the main one being that coaching not only gives you recipes, cooking tips, and inspiration, but also offers personalized support — both practical and theoretical — to help you reach your goals at your own pace.
What kind of cuisine do you offer?
The cuisine I offer is plant-based. It focuses on vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, spices, and fresh herbs.
I also place great importance on using minimally processed or unprocessed ingredients.
Do I need to be (or want to become) vegan or vegetarian to join the coaching?
Not at all. The goal of this coaching is simply to help you add more vegetables and healthy ingredients into your daily routine. That might mean two meatless meals a week, a few vegetarian lunches, or more generous vegetable side dishes — it’s entirely up to you.
Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is for anyone who’s motivated to make their routine a little greener. I really want to emphasize motivation, which I believe is the key to making our work together successful.
Will I need hard-to-find ingredients?
No. Most ingredients are easy to find in supermarkets or organic stores. If something more specific is ever needed, I’ll guide you on where to get it.
Do I need to know how to cook to benefit from this coaching?
No. No prior cooking skills are required.
How can I reschedule a session?
You can reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance by contacting me via email.
What conditions help make the coaching effective?
The key ingredients are your motivation and commitment. From a practical standpoint, sticking to the schedule helps maintain focus — if sessions are frequently postponed or too spaced out, progress may be affected.
I also recommend joining the sessions from a quiet space, with a stable internet connection and no distractions. This is your time — make the most of it!
