Duration: 4 weekly sessions with practical assignments spread over one month

Option to join as a group of two or three people (the total cost can be shared between participants, maximum 3 — contact me for more details)

Each program includes:

  • 4 individual 60-minute online sessions

  • Culinary coaching: learn to use a variety of ingredients typical of this way of eating — including how to cook, store, combine, and season them

  • Recipes related to the theme of each session

  • Action steps to implement after each session
